How do I book tickets online?
Visit our Movies page, select your preferred movie, choose your showtime and seats, then proceed to checkout. You can pay using credit/debit cards or digital wallets. Your e-tickets will be sent to your email.
Can I cancel or refund my tickets?
Yes, tickets can be cancelled up to 4 hours before the showtime for a full refund. After that, no refunds or exchanges are possible. To cancel, visit your booking history or contact our support team.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay), and Cinepax gift cards. Cash payments are accepted at box office counters.
Do you offer group bookings?

Is outside food allowed?
Outside food and beverages are not permitted. However, we offer a wide variety of snacks, meals, and beverages at our concession stands, including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options.
Are your cinemas wheelchair accessible?
All Cinepax locations are fully wheelchair accessible with designated seating areas in all auditoriums. Accessible restrooms are available. Please let us know your needs when booking so we can accommodate you.
